What does BirthdayPro cost?
Free for up to 30 birthdays and 5 AI message drafts per month. Pro is $2/month or $20/year for unlimited birthdays, unlimited AI message drafts, and higher import limits. Lifetime is a one-time $50 payment for the same Pro features forever.
How do imports work?
Start an import from the Imports page or Onboarding: connect a source or upload a file, review the preview, and BirthdayPro saves the birthdays you keep to your account. You can delete imported records at any time.
Will BirthdayPro send messages automatically?
No. BirthdayPro drafts the message; you copy, edit, and send it yourself from your own email or messaging apps. BirthdayPro does not send messages to your contacts.
What does the AI use to write messages?
The person name, relationship, tone, notes you saved, and prior message history — so each year can sound fresh instead of repeating last year.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. The Settings page includes account export and account deletion controls. You can also email hello@birthdaypro.io for help.
How do gift recommendations work?
Gift ideas open the destination retailer directly. BirthdayPro may earn a commission through ShopMy or another affiliate partner, but does not process purchases, delivery, or refunds. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
Why is Google import paused?
Google Contacts and Calendar import needs Google OAuth verification for read-only contact and calendar scopes. We keep that import paused for normal users until approval, so you can use iCloud, Outlook, Facebook, file upload (CSV, vCard, or .ics), or manual add without seeing Google’s verification warning.
