What does BirthdayPro cost?
Free for up to 30 birthdays and 5 AI messages per month. Pro is $2/month or $20/year for unlimited birthdays, unlimited AI messages, higher limits, and message history. Lifetime is a one-time $50 payment for the same Pro features forever.
How do imports work?
Connect a source from Birthdays or Onboarding, approve the requested read-only scope, and BirthdayPro imports birthday records into your account. You can delete imported records at any time.
Will BirthdayPro send messages automatically?
Not by default. Today the app drafts a message and lets you copy, edit, email, or send it manually. Contact-facing auto-send will stay opt-in and will only ship after quality and compliance review.
What does the AI use to write messages?
The person name, relationship, tone, notes you saved, and prior message history — so each year can sound fresh instead of repeating last year.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. The Settings page includes account export and account deletion controls. You can also email hello@birthdaypro.io for help.
How do gift recommendations work?
Gift ideas open Amazon directly — BirthdayPro does not process purchases, delivery, or refunds. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
Why is Google import paused?
Google Contacts and Calendar import needs Google OAuth verification for read-only contact and calendar scopes. We keep that import paused for normal users until approval, so you can use iCloud, Outlook, CSV, vCard, calendar upload, Facebook, or manual add without seeing Google’s verification warning.
